Shipping policy

All our goods are shipped from our warehouses in Ukraine (Dnipro city and Kyiv).

We are in a territory free from hostilities.

We are not a dropshipping project: all of our products and our goods are unique, of the highest quality and carefully tested before being shipped to you.

The shipping method we usually use: air delivery by Ukrposhta (one of the cheapest, but guaranteed delivery methods). 

Dispatch time: the item will be shipped within 5 days of your purchase. Within this period, you will receive an international tracking number from us for your package.

Delivery time is on average about 14-21 days (and usually does not exceed 30 calendar days). 

For your convenience, we've made free shipping on purchases over $59 (for smaller orders).

For orders less than $59, the following shipping rates apply:

If you are interested in purchasing our goods and products in significant quantities, we are ready for cooperation.

If the value of your purchase in our store exceeds 150 euros, then we will divide the shipment of the goods to your address into several separate ones (each will not exceed 150 euros). We will do this in order to ship our products under a simplified procedure for export customs clearance (in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine).

In this case, we issue an export declaration in the form of CH 22 (this does not require the presence of the sender at customs).

Most likely, your package will be delivered to you by the national postal operator of your country.
This means that customs clearance in your country will also take place according to a simplified scheme: without the need to involve a customs broker.
We use international shipping through government postal operators (and usually avoid expensive courier services) to ensure that our excellent products are affordable to you.

All of our international shipments are insured for their declared value. If the package is not delivered for more than 90 days, such package is considered lost by us and we will refund you the full purchase price (including the cost of delivery if the delivery was paid by you).

• Due to the quarantine restrictions caused by COVID-19, the delivery time may be extended.
